Hi Gina - grouchy grouchy pouch today.  I have good days, think its better then it comes back and smacks me big time!  Haven't heard my results of the endoscopy either yet...

B - a few coffees and prime rib hash  (leftover prime rib)
S - mid afternoon really... a SF skim mocha latte
L - some nuts (that was the beginning of the grouch)
D - chimi mix on low carb tortilla with cheese (had a rough time getting it down)

Vits - no... didn't get them in.  I'll try in a bit
Water:  not very well today

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost

I think you might want to rest the grouch for a few days and just have protein shakes and protein coffee. I hope the test tells you something soon.

We have always joked around that you could eat lunch just trying the samples at Costco.  LOL.  I really did today.

Busy day today.  I had to go to work this afternoon for a couple of hours.  Got to go in tomorrow afternoon even thought it is a holiday for a meeting and then play practice.
