A month seems to be awhile to be at a stall, especially this far out.  Slowing down.. .yes,  Stall... no

Ok - some questions for you:
1.  Are you tracking your food?  Many online programs.  Good idea - I did this for 2 years... you can see everything you put in your mouth.
2.  Do you limit carbs?
3.  Water?
4.  exercise?
5.  Did you take your measurements before and continue to take them all along?  When the scale doesn't move you often are still losing inches and that can save your sanity...

Ok - while this isn't the accepted way to do it -if you're following ALL the rules, sometimes I would "splurge" just a little - seemed to work and made my body think it wasn't starving anymore.  That can be a slippery slope though and you have to get right back on track within a day or so.

I had slow downs along the way.  At 11 months I thought I was done losing and then went on to shed another 20+ pounds.  I was already exercising daily so for me the trick was to bring my carbs (which had crept up some) down into the 20-40 range.  I basically just did Atkins until the rest came off.  Depending on how tall you are, you may be just slowing down and will continue to lose slowly.  Many of the lightweights that you see with very low numbers might be our shorter members.  I'm 5'4" and even at close to 23 months, still trying to get lower through exercise and conscious healthy eating.

Jody is right, tracking your food can really help you.  I've been on Myfitnesspal .com for two years now, tracking everything.

Not much new information to add but wanted to agree with Jody and Lee.  I lost best with my protein around 100+ and my carbs around 30net.  Even when the calories were the same, if my carbs were low, I kept losing.  If my carbs where higher, I really slowed down.  I never thought I would get to 113 but just kept on keeping on and it happened.  But I am 4'11" also.  It works for me.

Have not been tracking everyday like I was and have always had a hard time getting in the 64 oz. of fluid.I do excercise at least 30 minutes a day.I have lost and inch or so since my stall around the waist.Am going to start tracking everything again .I am 5'3'.My ideal weight for my height is 122 they say.Not sure if that is realistic or if I would even look good at that weight. Thanks everyone for your suggestions.Any good ideas for protein rich snacks?

I would start with a goal to get to a normal BMI.  Then if you go past that, great.  BMI doesn't take into account bone structure, excess skin, etc.

For protein snacks, go back to the things you ate early out.  I still have a protein shake, like right now, in the afternoon most days.  I love edememe as a snack when I don't want meat or cheese.  Sometime I mix a scoop of fuzzy navel protein into 6 oz of greek yogurt with some SF peach syrup and sweetner.  I do find that greek yogurt doesn't stick with me long and I am hungry again soon.  If another meal is coming up but I am having a hard time waiting, baked cheese or pepperoni works.  I also mix 1T of peanut butter with 1 scoop of protein for a snack.  Nuke the peanut butter and add a little SF syurp or milk to mix in the protein.  Then I put it in the freezer for a few minutes to set up.  Taste kind of like the middle of a protein bar.  Protein pudding, unjury chicken soup, cheese stick w/ deli meat wrapped around it, hard boiled egg, chicken thigh.

For fliuds, I get 4 cups in the morning with my protein decaf, before breakfast, then 2 cups of herb tea before lunch, 4 c in my afternoon protein drink or at least 2 more cups of herb tea, 2 c in my protein after supper, a shake or protein hot chocolate.  I make sure I don't eat if I haven't gotten the fluid in.
