I was bad yesterday and didn't post. Too many appointments! Here is my today:

Jen - we had lentil soup last week and it was AWESOME!  My BF likes to cook and pulled the recipe off the web - actually 2 of them and picked and chose what he wanted in it.  Its definitely a favorite here.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

 Ha! If I served lentil soup to DH, he would break down into a puddle of tears! The soup is just for me as he is still out of town on work. But one can hope....

Hi Gina!!  Anxiously awaiting my vitamin and protein order from Vitalady.  Getting a couple samples and a tub of the Maple flavor protein.

D - idk - I'd like to go out but... probably will tomorrow instead

Hi Gina!

I'm home today as I have a stomach bug. Norovirus has been going around my work, and I am so scared I have come down with it. Liquids pretty much today, I will try to get some Pink Grapefruit Nectar protein in...(watered down at least)

If it gets worst I will go to the ER.
