First snow of the year here...yesterday it was sunny & 54, today it was barely 30 and well....snowy.  I hate the first snow of the year, people drive like idiots and my hour commute ends up being close to 2.

My exercise for today was shoveling.  Twice.

I had a near perfect eating day yesterday and nearly an hour walk up and down hills and what did the scale say this morning.? up to 153 from 151 yesterday.

I am beyond pissed but carried on today. I am going to not weigh till Sun am and then sunday I am going to decide if I am claiming maintenance or not.

Those last pounds can be a stinker!  My eating hasn't really changed much since I've been on maintenance so just keep doing what you are doing.

yeah,that would be the maintenance plan for me,too. pretty much what I am doing now. My happy  range would be 148-153 and I have been staying between there for the last few months anyway.

I am 4'11" too.

It's terrible to be short sometimes!  You probably still have boobs, nice legs, and a cute butt!!  I only look good with clothes on....LOL  ( have to laugh about it)
