Hello to all of our Lightweights!!! If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!! Besides my tool, I count Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

Thursday...my last day of wor****il Tuesday....YEAH! Off to Indianapolis early in the morning. It looks like we might hit snow or maybe we will be lucky and drive out of it.

If I don't have time or don't have internet to start M&M please feel free to start it for us. I'll be back on Tuesday for sure.

 I had my support group last night.  It was great.  Just puttering around the house today.  I might go look at a new fireplace insert.

DD#1 didn't put a fireplace in her house and she is so bummed about it and she is going to be sooo jealous of DD#3's new house when it's done. 

I'm glad you enjoyed your support group.  Don't be afraid to share anything that you learn there with us (and vice versa).

Hi Roz!  Have fun in Indy!  Hope the snow doesn't slow you down...

I was still hungry after the chili - but made myself wait for about an hour before I had anything else to be sure it WAS hunger and not just me wanting to eat.  Yes, I was still hungry.

B - 2 protein coffees
L - 1/2 serving of white chicken chili (about 160 calories)
L2 - leftover chicken patties from my 5DPT days
D -6 chicken wings flavored with cajun seasoning

I usually drive the whole way there so DH is bummed that we might run into snow and he will have to drive.  I might even get to read a book....LOL.

Chilli usually fills me up.  I bet a few more bites might have done it for you.  Very Proud of you for waiting the hour.  It might take awhile for you to start reading your pouch again.

Linda, I keep forgetting to thank you for telling me about the quick edit....I love it and it works every time!   So much quicker than the old way.  I'm surprised OH didn't tell me to try it and I wrote to them complaining.

We are staying at a hotel that is connected to the Convention Center so I'm betting they have internet but I just checked the schedule and one of our teams competes at 7:30 am.  That's crazy!!  DH said he will stay back at the room with the little ones so I can go watch the team.....wasn't that sweet of him....

You know, I have never tried the laughing cow on anything but saltines.  I'm going to have to remember to do that.

I just found the quick edit by accident.

What a great guy - wanting to watch the little ones so you can go watch the competition!!  Sounds like my DH.......

I love the laughing cow cheese on my sandwiches.  It really helps make them moist and I don't use hardly any mayo or mustard.  I love it on the Whole Wheat Ritz Crackers - but I can eat a bunch of them!!

Be careful on your trip.

Thanks Stacey!  I love going to the comps....it's the only time that I get to wear gemmed out clothes act a little younger than my 50+ years.  There are so many crazy Cheer Mom's, Dad's and Grandma's there that I fit right in.
