2 years & almost 4 months out
I can tolerate pretty much anything, but still keep to the basics of protein 1st! I still supplement as well with a protein hot chocolate in the morning & at least 1 Skinny Sbux per day

I still struggle to see my loss in the mirror, but pictures are a gals best friend to show the weight loss! I do still lurk on the boards and put in my 2 cents every now and then! But our resident sweetheart Roz reminded me I hadn't posted in a while!
I'm having a tummy tuck on April 6th and cannot WAIT!!!!

90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so

1 Scoop Chocolate Truffle protein (Nectar)
1/2 frozen banana
1-2 TBSP of PB2
a little ice
2% Hood Calorie Countdown Chocolate Milk
YUMMY!
AND a lot of times I will freeze my leftover decaf coffee in ice cube trays and use that for my ice to blend up my chocolate protein or vanilla protein and have my own protein mocha drink...so good!
