Feeling tired and have a throbbing wrist....don't have any idea hat I have done to it. I am both pleased and disappointed in my husband. He got me a roasted chicken, made me a pot roast, but he also bought cheeze it's and MnM cookies. They are calling to me......I'll try to just have eat more protein pudding.

Sometimes I think my DH is trying to sabotage me!!! I had to give cheeze its up completely. It was so bad that I had to force myself to wait until 3:00 for them and then I got to the point where I kep****ching the clock. They had to go because they were controling me instead of me controling them.

caved last night to too many roasted edamame pieces. Even though they are full of soy protein they weren't on my plan for yesterday and put my cals highher. was back up 1 pound today.
Decided to switch things up a bit today,since I am wanting to snack in the evenings. Had my oatmeal and egg in the middle of the day instead of for breakfast. I s working for now.
