Hi Roz!  Made white chicken chili for dinner tonight.  Got that new handy-dandy scale that weighs in oz and grams, and the recipe was in grams so I knew EXACTLY how much I ate!  That's the hard part around here as meals are just "thrown" together usually (Tom's cooking, which always turns out great) but I have NO clue how many calories/fat/carbs I'm eating. That's a main reason I have a hard time logging my food.

The chili has a lot of carbs, but their from the beans....

B - coffee
L - YIKES - whopper jr, 10 fries...
D - white chicken chili, 1/2 serving so far, 175 calories

Vits:  yes
water:  did ok

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost

The girls at work got Burger King today and I wanted a Whopper Jr. soooooo bad, but I stuck with my soup.  Now you are making me hungry for it all over again....LOL

Chili does have a lot of carbs but beans are a great source of fiber and they feel you up. 

Fries....I think I'll stop there......

Plugging along...Had my usual shake this morning, and BP was back down again (118/67).  It has to be the Click...I may try it again waaaaaay further down the road.

We leave early Friday and DD has to be back for work (after working ALL weekend) at 4:30.  Half-year teams have a competition next weekend and they can't miss their Monday practice no matter how tired she is. I feel bad for them....she is going to be a bear....LOL

Did you answer my question about the brand of wraps that you use or did I miss it?

I think I answered you, but it is OLE Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb Tortilla Wraps.  I get mine at Walmart and they are with all the other wraps/taco shells.

Sounds like a very busy weekend!!
