Good Start to the day!
This is just my personal opinion:
If you can mix your Protein in water you save on calories, fat, and carbs.
I am a little worried about you only getting in 70 Proteins. 70 Proteins is kindof low if you are trying to get some of it from from. With only 70 Proteins then 50 carbs sounds high to me. Does your Menu site give you the precentages? You should be at least 50% Protein and only around 25% Carbs and 25% fats.

WOW...it's been so long ago for me but I know I was around 600-700 for a really long time. When you limit your carbs your calories drop quite a bit. I never even got close to 1000 until I was almost to goal and even on maintenance I'm only between 1200 and 1400.

I think Mandy was close to 500 just with breakfast and lunch. Her goal for calories is set at 800. I think that would be hard to meet this early out.

Get your reading glasses and look again,Roz. her total for breakfast was 119 and for lunch was 195. total of the two was 314 as shown at the bottom of the graph.
granted she will add in dinner which would need to be 186 to reach 500. she could get that much in with the right choices,buut just wanted to let her know.

LOL...I even read it over a bunch of times. I guess my biggest concern was the 800 calorie goal this early out.
By the way....I really appreciate your input!!! I wish others would minitor the menus too!!
