I don't know how much fun it is going to be...DD is already complaining about how uncomfortable she is going to be during the 7 hour ride. We are getting her a wheelchair once we are there. I think we are taking 10 teams this weekend. We are hoping they all do good but this is a huge competition so the chances of them all taking first is slim so our goal is top 3 for some and top 5 for others....it depends on how many competitors they have.

I did 15 min walking in the water, 15 min pedaling in the water, 15min stretching in the hot tub, 1/2 mile walking on the track.

I am having issues with my blood pressure...I go to the doctor next Tuesday to get it all worked out. I tried 1 scoop of Click with 1 scoop of my cappucino (only drank 1/2) this morning...blood pressure sky rocketed. It has been normal until today with the coffee drink. I took my BP pill and after lunch it was down to 98/58. I am so thankful we have a nursing staff at my work, so I can get my BP reading done before the kids get there. I will keep on testing to find out what is going on, but now I am so tired. Think I will do some Just Dance Kids with son this evening...at least it is some kind of moving around.
