Well, I've been up and at it since about 7:30 this morning.  Took my son (a junior) to school.  On my way home my husband called and forgot to take his laptop to work.  So got it and took it to him.   Got home and my husband called again needing some meds for his awful cold and conjestion, so off I went again!  Luckily he works about 10 minutes from home.

Now I am getting on my dobak (Korean word for uniform) and I am off to teach Choi Kwang Do to first pre-schoolers, then to another school for an afterschool program, then to the rec. center where I teach for two more classes!  It's going to be a fun day!  I love my students!

Not today! Yesterday I was up at 5 am for a 6 am skating lesson (ugggh - my coach is a tiny demon! She had me trying back outside edges - similar to this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVeSCh2I_aU but do the backwards half-circle, one push, and then the backwards half circle on the other foot, rinse and repeat. My foot was glued to the ice!! But I'll get them in time). I did, however, get a round of applause from the other skaters, although I should tell admit it's not because of anything I did on the ice, but just because I took the first lesson, giving them more time to chat and warm up.

Today I slept in - 6:30 am, and then had to race to get to school for meetings.

After school I need to get my sewing machine in for a tune up - poor thing is very unhappy when I use it, so it's definitely time.

Well I was up at 7:30 but fell back asleep until 11:30.  I know, lazy. lazy!  My schedule is all haywire because I finally got some independent contracting jobs, but they are interfering with my private clients so I had to do lots of resscheduling.  Not really complaining.  After 32 two years of a rigid schedule while I was a teacher, it is taking lots longer than i thought to get used to a schedule that changes daily.

Had my Special K Protein Plus cereal in milk.  The cereal has 10 grams of protein and the milk i use has 11g in a cup, so not bad.  just had my first protein coffee of the day.

I was awake at 3AM...but didn't get up til 7...stayed in bed TRYING to go back to sleep, my back/neck hurting, and so I played games on my iPad to pass the time/put me back to sleep.

We had an errand to run today...but that's it...gas is way to expensive to go out much.
