Sushi/Sashimi
I can't bring myself to eat much of it but have tried it. I think the sashimi w/o the rice is WLS friendly.

The sashimi is very high in protein - in fact, I was eating it 3 weeks out! My Dr then said it was a good choice.
I eat the sushi with the rice too. If you're sensitive to carbs, maybe not such a good idea...

Yes, very WLS friendly sans rice ;)
I also ate it early out, but being early out, some things just don't want to stay down.... Sadly, this was one of those things, now I can't hardly stand it. (Which kinda stinks!)
But since you aren't early out, sounds like 7hrs of fullness makes it pretty pouchworthy ;)
