Menus and Miles Monday Jan. 9th

To be honest love working at Starbucks and with the people I work with, most days I dont want to go in but after I get there I feel up beat and happy. Today I had to take DS#2 to the Dr for a "suspicious" rash that turns out to be really bad excema. Other than that school started today so I may not be around much. I have been weaning myself off the junk and it seems to have helped, not with the weight but with my snacking.

B- 2 scoop protein coffee 50 g
L- sensible salad with turkey and crab meat
D- Chicken and rice with broccoli (no rice)

Decided no more snacks, sweets (even NSA) or carbs...Doing pretty good

All vitamins ahve been taken and I start my gym tomorrow morning

Good for you getting off of junk food!!   Starbucks sounds like a fun place to work.  I love to smell coffee but I hate the taste.

good morning! i love mondays! its the beginning of a new week and i always feel recharged. killed myself at the gym today doing cardio. my hair was soaking wet!

before gym- protein shake 32
bfast-ground turkey 25 or 30? i dont really know lol
lunch- 1/2c cottage cheese (not sure how many protein because i need to go buy it right now)
dinner- 4oz tuna with 1/2 tablespoon of mayo 22

working on water and vits also!

Mondays are usually ok with me. Today I had PT this morning, the chrio this afternoon. chriopractor said I needed to gain weight, thanks. Dryer repair guy in the middle. Dryer still isn't working.

All my billing, with both the old company and the new one got screwed up because of the changes, their issues, not mine but I still didn't get paid. When I don't get paid, my contrators don't get paid so this really sticks. I'll probably end up borrowing money so I can pay them because they live paycheck to paycheck and it is right after the holidays. So I have had my share of stress today for sure.

Tomorrow I go back to the surgeon. I hope he is happier with my progress than I am.

Calgon, take me away.

I haven't heard "Calgon take me away" in a really long time.  I remember buying that for my Mom for Christmas.  It was a luxury in our house.

Everyone has their opinion...don't they?  I've only had to see my Chiropractor a couple of times since WLS but he is so happy when he sees me that I'm at goal.  He remembers when I lost 75 lbs. about 25 years ago and he can remember how happy I was.

Sorry about your billing getting messed up.  That's really nice of you to consider taking out a loan to pay your contractors.  Big bussiness wouldn't do that or even care.  I hope everything works out for you.

Thanks for listing your Menu and Totals! 

Your stats are good but If you can add a 1/2 scoop to each of your Protein drinks that would up your Protein enough to have you over 60 in Whey. You should never be below 60 and we don't absorb all of the Protein in food.

 Now fighting a cold... blah but stayed on top of my eating ;)
