It's Monday!! Are Monday's good/bad for you? I guess that depends on the stress of your job. After 18 years of working for a very moody unpredictable boss I now have a verrrrry stress free environment at work so it is the calm after the storm (busy weekends) for me. I was excited to see all of the junk food has been removed from the kitchen too...YEAH!!

I had a Reactive Hypoglycemic episode yesterday (from 2 bites of a piece of banana bread) AND a stomach flare up. I now think eating is HIGHLY overrated - LOL
I didn't bring a protein drink with me today (bad me). thought about it and just didn't.
Having some bacterial tests done today, so no eating/drinking until its done. I'll find a coffee shop and get my fix in. Have another Dr's appt this afternoon, so I'm staying in town. Have a few errands to run, but still have to settle down and get some work done.

I don't really mind Monday's. My job is pretty stress free these days. Know that I could retire if I absolutely had to helps alot. I don't want to take the major pay cut I would take if I don't wait 2 1/2 years, but it is an option now. January is always a very busy month for me.
We now have new junk food at work for play practice and they bring all kinds of things that sit in the office right in front of me!! I can see the cart all day long....
