Im not happy at all with my weight and need to figure what I need to do to drop this. I knew I wanted to get to 120 but now I want to go lower and for some reason I cant. What do I do guys HELP!!!!

121 last week (monthly cycle always adds weight on me)
120.2 this week.

Stacey, I can remember some posts on the Sunday weigh in thread where you were bummed about being stuck in the 130's...you got out of it and dropped. Your body will decide where it needs to stop...don't panic. :)

Good Morning!
Last week: 172
This week: 170

Staying consistent with my 90 minutes of exercise (walking and stationary biking), making a concerted effort to get at least 64 oz H2O (kind of slacked over the holidays) and making 70 gms of protein my baseline instead of 60 gms. My plan to attack the last 30 lbs.

 SW - 234.5  GW - 140.5   Met Goal on 5/7/12

Not totally sure what it was last week, I am going to say 150. This week, 148 ;)

It is NOT where I want it to be, but I am thrilled I have made a step in the right direction and almost one week sugar free! So all in all, I am very happy. Looking forward to continuing this week with more solids for meals and increasing my overall protein.

Hello Liz.....Switching up the exercise...just got back from a brisk 40 min walk...Doing what I can...I keep saying Im gonna do it before our 1st year is up!!!!!  I think I can...I think I can...I know I can!!!!

Loss of 1/2 lb...hey but better than gaining!!!!!

Yeah, losing is far better than gaining unless you are way down the chart.

Thanks Liz for the encouragement....Our 1 year Surgiversary is fastly approaching...I so hope to be at goal by then!!!!!  Have a great week my Switch Sister!!!!
