Well, the scale went back up this week...sometimes I feel like I am on a roller coaster ride, up and down and up and down...

This week 132.4

Gained 1.4 lbs.

I think I'm back down close to 120, maybe 120.5 is a safe statement. That's back to pre-holiday weight, so I'm happy.

Good going.

I really want to drop these last 10 lbs but it's been very slow...I know I am not quite a year out so I still have time but the closer I get to 120-125, the better off I will be for the rebound when it starts.

All in my happy zone. I did go up to 115 for 2 days this week and about paniced but came back down. I just don't want to ever cross that magic 115 without doing something about it. I know it is water or for me right now, swelling in my knee, but I still don't like it when it goes up.

Too slow for me, LOL. today it is better because I pretty much gave it the day off yesterday. I'm having a hard time trying to determine how much stress, how much rest to get the maximum ROM in the long run. Back to the pool today.

I can imagine it's too slow to suit you but you need to take it easy and heal so you don't have other problems down the road.

134 this morning. Not happy with that. Came back from vacation at 137 though... During the 5DPT got down to 132, but that was all water. Still plugging along.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
