Happy Sunday!
Hope everyone has been having a good weekend.  Went to Goodwill yesterday bought some new/used clothes. My pants are getting baggy and I am drowning in my shirts.  Bought some jeans in the next 2 sizes as well as some shirts as I know they will come very soon.

3 weeks out - soft foods

Hi Roz,

I don't know why carbs go down so easy, but I could eat a lot of crackers.

I was MIA yesterday.  DH had to go to Florida his aunt(no blood relation) is really sick and he wanted to go visit her one last time.  I thought I would have an alone day - haven't had one hardly since he retired.  I started cleaning house and DD called and wanted me to keep DGD#2 so they could go visit a sick friend and eat out, so I did.  No alone day - but I did give my house a deep cleaning yesterday and enjoyed spending time with DGD#2.

B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  1/2 Hamburger patty w/ onions, quiona - something either got stuck or that quiona multiplied - I was so sick for about 2 hours and had to go to work because everyone else was out of town.  It hurt and just would not go on down.
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
D:  Hot Dog w/ cheese - no bun
S:  Peppermint Mocha Protein Decaf Coffee

Vitamins:  done
Water/Fluids:  110 ozs.

Sorry you had trouble with your Lunch.  That is a terrible feeling! 

You would think that 2 breadsticks would feel up your pouch but I could have ate another one! I've always loved Saltines and I have to limit myself to 5 or I would just keep eating them.  Usually I put Laughing Cow Cheese on them to at least up the Protein.

trying not to panic about the oatmeal. in all honesty,if it came down to  not being able to get to goal or having that AWFUL pain in my backend,I will stay right where I am weight wise and call it a day

It felt like somebody was ripping me a new one,I kid you not. Hopefully,my body will adjust to that amount of carbs and I am trying really hard to limit it to those 24 or so carbs for now.
