Happy Weekend!! Are your scales moving in the right direction since the holidays are behind us? I'm holding steady at still 2 pounds up...that's suppose to be my summer weight not my cool weather winter weight. On my way to get groceries. I do much better (and less fast food) when I make a list and plan my meals for the week.
