WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

DH and I got engaged 40 years ago today....that's longer than some of you have been around...LOL. I can remember it just like it was yesterday. DD and I are going to shopping for baby things and returning a few things from Christmas.

just got home from water arobics. It is fun and good exercise but getting through the showers with everyone trying at the same time was crazy. I will probably mostly stick to doing my own program instead of trying to do the classes. I was pleased that I remembered to take a lemon tea for the trip home. Still need to do my PT exercises this afternoon.

Our annual carriage club meeting is tonight so it will be a quick supper before I go and I'm sure I will be tempted by a snack or 2 while there. Hopefully they will have some healthy stuff along with the sweets. Edit, i was wrong, it is tomorrow night. Now i have to figure out supper.

lemon tea protein 23

If I liked water and if I liked getting into a bathing suit and getting into cold water then I might try water aerobics.   It does look like fun and it is suppose to be really good exercise that is easy on your body.   I feel the same way about getting into a cold tanning bed and I have one of those down the hall....LOL   Good for you Price!!!

Awesome Totals!!!

I agree with the swim suit part.  The first day I was in the pool, someone said something about how think I was and when I said I had recently lost weight, she said she thought I had always been thin from how I looked.  Made me feel good until today when a lady asked if I had lost weight recently.  I guess she was looking at all my loose skin.  Oh well.  I do like getting in the water and the therapy pool is warm, much warmer than the regular pool so that is good.  And the hot tub is great.

It does sound nice and swimming always looks like fun but I'm just plain terrified of water.

I couldn't handle letting anyone see my legs.  My bathing suit (which I wore once when we went to FL) has long shorts.  I alwo got brave and went down the kiddie slide and my DH waited for me at the bottom....LOL

I think I was so much happier on soft foods and protein drinks.  To much thinking when it comes to food.

Hope you are feeling better tomorrow!
