Hint to pre-ops from a newly sleeved gal
Okay, I admit to being on the clutzy and absent minded side, so I'm probably the only one who has ever done something this stupid. But here's a word of wisdom for our pre-ops that I learned the hard way.
During the first week you're home from wls, don't lean against the kitchen sink if you do dishes. Ouch!! My tummy incisions sure got my attention!
Other than that, I'm doing great, feeling good, and enjoying warm beef broth as I cuddle by the fireplace. Life is good and I am so grateful to be starting this new year with hope.
Great week everyone,
DD
