WOW...Everyone let me sleep in this morning! When I got up the tree and all of the decorations were packed away for another year. I must have been dead to the world because I didn't hear a thing until they started running the sweeper. I'm glad NY's was on Sunday so I got another day off to recoup. Our DGS is still sleeping and it's almost 1:00pm! My DH just peaked in at him and he said he is laying on top of his stuffed animals. DD has been trying to wake him but he just starts cuddling his big bear.

I wanted to sleep in today, but had to get up. DH wanted me to go with him to visit his little guy that he visits each week. The trade off was that he would go with me to visit my people today also and then he would help me get ice for play practice tonight at work. We spent a couple of hours at the nursing home - seems like we know more and more people there-hope that is not a sign!!

I had PT this morning and she wasn't particularly happy with my progress. Now I have to try to stretch my knee for longer at a time, up to 20 min, from 20 sec stretches. Oh my. I've been sitting with the heating pad and getting about 5 min. in before I am ready to scream.

decaf protein coffee
unjury cheese protien over cornbread
pork loin, edemame
protein peanut butter
grilled tuna, salad
protein drink
The cheese over cornbread sounded so wonderful when I was thinking about it but I ended up not being able to eat it.. I really liked the cheese protein from Unjury when I first got it but today it was way too salty and strong tasting and I like sharp cheeses.

Normally I can't sleep in either but the holidays and working really wore me out.
It did sound good.....I was just about ready to ask you how your made it and then I read the rest of your post. I want to order some Unjury chicken broth for these cold evenings. I liked it at the beginning so I hope I still do.
