Thanks, Roz. I think I'm going to have to give up the pistachios, they are way too salty and habit forming.

I am aalso having a terrible time. Ate my lunch and though I wasn't hungry, was looking for something to eat. Think it was boredom. Ate the last two of those wretched sf lo carb cookies and then was lookig for something else!!! Started eating kashi crunch cereal right out the box annnd finally said, stop stop stop! This has to stop.

I made myself drink a protein hot choc and interestingly enough, after that, the demon was quelled a bit. Gonnamake myself drink a protein hot chocolate every time bfore i eat anything off plan. if that means I drink 12 a day, well,I will drink 12 a day. I have got to break this cycle somehow...I hate it and I hate the scale not moving ffor weeks and I hate that I feel pudgy and I hate that I HAVE to eat oatmeal every morning, drs order, even though it is yummy,it is lots of carbs.

Hurray, it's Friday and the cleaning lady came and my house is clean again. Especially now that I am limited in what I can do, I really appreciate her.

I had a good day at PT, painful but progress is being made slowly. I have gained a little ROM and the guy I saw today did a lot of physical manipulation and says he thinks I have I lots more to come. Maybe not full but at least I should have a useful ROM for what I want to do. At least it seems a little more hopeful than when it just hurt and didn't seem to be getting anywhere.

decaf protein coffee
eggbeaters, cheese, turkey bacon
hamburger patty, salad
lemon tea
cheese stick, baked
polish sausage, butternut squash fries, black beans
protein drink

Everytime I try to heat/toast one of my low carb wraps, it ends up like cardboard.  do you have a tip that helps with your grilled cheese.

Price, I put some I Can't Believe It's not butter in the frying pan and turn it on medium heat, put 1/2 the tortilla in the pan, spread cheese on top of it and just let it coo****il the cheese melts.  I don't try to wrap it or anything.  It gets kind of crunchy, but I like it like that.

Hope your knee is doing better.

i don't mind crunchy.  I've tried it in the mirowave and toaster oven but will try it in a pan.  Thanks.

Knee is getting better slowly.  I guess I am just not very patience. PT yesterday thought there was improvement and the pain is certainly less.  Thanks.
