Back at work today!!  I stayed on track yesterday and so far today.  I'm glad it is easier to get back on track than it was before WLS.  I don't know why because I have the same brain - I guess it is that we got into better habits during the first year...

Yes, I agree it is easier but I seem to be thinking about it and then still eating it.  Before I figure" What the Heck".   I think the biggest difference for me is the amounts....what use to be cookie after cookie is only smile bites now.

Good Menu Linda!

You can do this.  Drink lots of no calorie fluid and eat raw veggies for the fiber to help fill you up.  Won't be long now and you will be on the bench with us.

I think I had a mini dump last night.  I ate another piece of that darn pecan pie and tummy felt yucky but I though my heart was going to beat out of my body.  I could feel my pulse through my whole body.  Maybe that will learn me to stay way from the concentrated sugar.  I have never had that kind of reaction before and don't want to again.

decaf protein coffee
eggbeaters, cheese, turkey bacon
roasted chicken
lemon tea
dinner out for anniversary
protein drink if I'm not too full

YEP...I think you were dumping.  It is a terrible feeling isn't it?  Your body is probably so used to low carbs that it won't take much for you to dump.

Enjoy your Anniversary dinner!

Good Menu!
