Letter from Tricare
I got today the denied letter from Tricare finally !! I did send my letter for reconsideration 2 weeks ago and I am glad I did :-) Just as i aspected Tricare denied me beause they think PCOS its not a high risk co-mo. and thats what I wrote in my reconsideration letter with a lots of help from here. I havent heard anything back yet but they say it can take up to 30 days.Just wanna give you guys a update :-) I so hope they approve me this time , finger crossed :-)

I have tricare prime also. Your doctor should have tested you for co-morbidities such as sleep apnea, high cholesterol, diabetes etc before the paperwork was turned in. Because your BMI is less than 40 you will need two co-morbidites to qualify.
I used to have their policy requirements bookmarked but I don't think I have it anymore. I'm pretty sure PCOS isn't considered a co-morbidity. I'll have a look for it and post it for you if I find it.
