I am so frustrated. I've been in the hospital since Thursday. I've spent the holidays here, :( I was supposed to have an endoscopy yesterday but there was no room on the scheduled. I was scheduled for 8 AM and have now been pushed back to 1 PM. I'm still getting potassium replacement and TPN, I"ve been stuck about 20 times. I just ready to go HOME !!! Sorry to vent.

i haven't had a stricture but this is crazy. I can't believe that from Thurs to yesterday, they couldn't get you on the schedule and you are still being delayed. Are you really rural? This just doesn't seem right.

I'm so sorry. I hope it all gets resolved soon and you can go home.

I'm actually @ the biggest trauma center in town, so therefore, I get bumped if anything stat comes in. Originally my surgeon was out of the o****ry and he wanted to come and see me before anyone did anything. He fnally saw me yesterday but couldn't get me in.
