We had such a great time last night eating out in Pittsburgh and going to see the Harlem Globetrotters. That's something that I have always wanted to do. I splurged and had 2 bites of my DD's fried Italian Hoagie. It had a great taste but I could feel the grease going through my veins....LOL It is so surprising to me how eating greasy foods feels in my mouth now. I lived on grease before WLS. I had some popcorn at the arena which was really salty but didn't taste to buttery. I figured It was the safest thing on the menu for me to eat. There are pictures of my Grandson getting "Special K #21's" autograph on my facebook. His Dad was so Excited but Houston didn't even know what was going on...He just loves getting his picture taken....LOL

I walked again today down to the neighbors, about 10-15 min. I was sore from yesterday but figured it was a good sore so did it again today. I'd rather walk than do all the boring exercises but have been trying to do both. I have to do training tonight for staff on all the new regulations for the new year so no pain meds. I am going to drive myself to the training, that will be my first driving since surgery. At least tomorrow, I don't have anything special.
