WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER!!

WOW...What a great Christmas at our house!!  I think everyone was extremely happy and I got spoiled as well. 

DD and SIL are taking us to see the Harlem Globetrotters tonight...We are so excited! 

I'm doing "no sweets" today!  My scales are up 1.5 pounds this morning...ugh.

I'm lurking Roz.  I'm supposed to be protein loading post plastic surgery and I'm not doing good with it.  I'm starting my day with a protein hot cocoa and will try to add a shake into my day.  The compression garments don't leave me much room for food.  I think shakes just might be my answer.

Maybe even lurking will inspire me to get in more protein.

Even after a piece of pecan pie last night, my scale was down so I guess the rest of the day wasn't so bad.

My guys are gone to sister in laws in Atlanta, home tomorrow.  Back on track but have lots of leftovers around, but all are protein or protein based. (opps, except for the pecan pie) Shouldn't be too hard.
