Another week has gone by and as BAD as I have been this week, the scale still moved down!!!

Last Sunday: 133.2
This Sunday 132.2

Loss: 1 lb!!!

On another note, dh decided to leave OH...you can still find him on FB and if you go to the new site, you will find him there...I hate that he did that but it was his decision not mine.

Im doing good, went back to 120!! Working on it hopefully I can get my act back together and get back down to my 117 but better from last week.

Slow downs happen...not a real stall til it's been a month. But keeping track can help decide if it is...I could have sworn I was stalled at 135 but actually I just slowed down.

I'm to the point where losing one lb a month is doing good but I will GET THERE!!!
