That's great your parents still travel. My dad passed when he was 46 and my Mom never remarried. She used to love to travel. I think she has missed out on so much. You are blessed to still have your Parents.

Roz, thanks for the kinda words & support. My day was much better & DD apologized. I am glad your DGS is doing better today.
B: protein drink - 20 gm
L: about 2 oz of beef stew
D: left over turkey pie that I made after Thanksgiving, not too good (I had froze it thinking it would be great!)
S: isopure - 40 gms
All vitamins & liquids in.
I haven't totaled anything yet, but feel much better than yesterday. Jody, love your idea for a scale. I weigh my foods most all the time.

I wish my Dr. would order me to eat Oatmeal!! I love oatmeal and have to limit myself to a couple os days a week.
