Houston was a little better today. Had to have a steriod shot and take breathing treatments every 4 hours. They finally started helping. Last year he had to go to the hospital the day after Christmas and was in about a week.

I stayed up Tuesday and wrapped until 1:30 am. It is a relief to have a lot of it done. DH wrapped all of the big things for me. He goofed up and used "Santa Clause's" paper so he was bummed when I told him last night that he had to rewrap a few of the smaller ones that he did.
Good Menu Price!

Well, I have not done well today at all. My DD was very upset with me about some things (that really come to think of it are not any of her business) and basically said some very hurtful things. So I have been weepy all day. I have chosen horrible foods. I have counted them on WW and myfitnesspal.com, I actually always count there, as I can on my phone. Today, I really need support.

Anyway - here it goes:
B: milk
L: pecan pie (1/12 of pie with whipped cream)
D: chips and left-over ribs from TX roadhouse
S: milk
Ugh!
The good news today is when I weighed in today at WW, I was down .6#, so as of today I am down a total of 70# which was exciting. I am less than 14 pounds from goal now. I had actually been a about 1-2 # less than today's weigh-in, but I was all puffy this AM (I don't think I got all my fluids in and I always hold water when I don't).
I will pull myself together tomorrow and get back on track. Thanks for being here.
