Hi Liz,

Holding steady at 126 again this week.  I got down to 125 a couple of days this week, but back to 126 this morning.

Linda, you are doing great...and like the others in maint mode, you inspire the rest that it can be maintained.

Revision on 03/18/15
was away from home last sunday but when I weighed on Monday was around 153...had a small surgery the wed before and I know it was IV fluid.

Today I was 149 so the scale shows a loss of 4# but technically I am actually the same, as in MAINTAINING. I am still trying to lose but am beginnining to think I am done and this is where I am staying. Gonna start a new thread with some thoughts about this....

I weighed in today at 123.0# so everything is right on track. I also helped my daughter and her boyfriend bake up 4 different types of Christmas cookies so he can mail his family goodies (He's active military at Fort Drum, NY)... Took all day, and I did eat two of them. One date filled early on, and a small gingerbread boy this evening...  Certainly NOT what my old habits were!
Have I mentioned lately that I LOVE MY TOOL???

Kim, first off...tell him thank you for his service.

And you are also an inspiration for those still in the losing phase...maintaining is harder work.

You may be done...who knows. You aren't a full two years out yet so it's possible your body has just decided to rest for now.

Maintaining is a different way of looking at your surgery...have to treat it a slightly new way...we can't stay in the honeymoon period unfortunately.
