Aimee...first, I am sorry you and your husband are apart at this time but this will pass. At least he can see her on skype...

You are doing so well.

Thanks, it is hard, but wont be our first Christmas on Skype.  We did it when Kaylee was only a month old too.   We are kinda used to deployments so I feel so fortunate to have skype, because his first couple of deployments we didnt have that.

Last week: 177
Today: 174
Highest weight: 229
Surgery weight: 214
Official goal: 140
Dream goal: 125ish

I'm glad my weight seems to be moving again. That seems to be my pattern -- I stall for 3 weeks, and then suddenly drop 3 to 5 lbs. I had an unofficial mini-goal for myself of being 175 by Christmas, so I've met that, yay!

Good for you meeting a goal...each one calls for a WTG!

And you did so good this week.

This week: 109.3 lbs

Last week: 108.7

Within my range of 108-110 lbs. One day I hit 107.8 lbs, not sure what that was all about. Fluid shifts of 1-2 lbs seem to be the norm for me.

 140...140...140..
ideal for me
Thanks for doing this for us every sunday Liz.
I appreciate it and it gives me something to keep me on the straight and narrow.
I know by Sunday I want to be back within the range.
Happy Holidays

Seaview, you are also doing so good at maintanence....and I know that is so hard for us...a weight creep does happen if we aren't vigilant.

And you're welcome but I am doing it as much for me as all the rest of you.

Aspan, 3 lbs can happen just because of that but keeping an eye on it is why the SWI thread. How's your husband doing?
