have to start getting protein back up and fluids back up too. Thibk the carbs are making me tired...thry have to go too.
The bean soup is really good and very easy. here is the recipe:
Sausage Bean Soup
1 #sweet sausage browned with onion and garlic,as much as you like
1 can chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes with oregano and basil
3 cans white beans
1 sm can tomato sauce
salt,pepper,oregano
mix the beans ,tomatoes and spices together with th browned meat. simmer 20 min.
