Last week I was 123.4#

Today I am 122.8#

I guess that makes a loss of 1/2 pound. My normal fluctuations. I'd like to add that with each week of maintaing this range I begin to build my confidence.... It feels GOOD!!!!!

It does feel good, doesn't it, Kim???? Staying in a small range is normal.

Water weight can be so frustrating but understandable. Keep up the good work.

136 last week
133 This week
- 3 lbs and 7 lbs. under goal!

Still not able to fully eat like before since my surgery. I guess I am still healing and there is still some swelling.  Surgeon thinks I am doining well. Getting labs done next week and will see my new nutritionist in January before my 2 yr. post-op visit.   One thing this emergency surgery did was give me a "re set".  It has truly been back to basics for me.

Happy Sunday.

Last week: 108.9 lbs

This week: 108.7 lbs

minus .2

Still staying within my range. Most of the week, I was 110 lbs, so this seems to be my range.

It feels so good to be in control, even though, some days are better than others. I think the weight training and exercise are also contributing to the steadiness, as well as logging my food and staying within a specific caloric range. I have been within this range since mid-April.

Thanks, Liz. This entire process has indeed, been a journey. I work at it everyday, but with time, it has become a habit, which is the lifestyle change that is spoken about so often. I think, something has finally clicked with me and I am enjoying maintaining my weight. I even enjoy weight training and exercise classes. Big, big changes for me. I am even cooking more, than I ever have before. I just want healthy food.

Last week 98.8
This week 98.2
Total change - .6

I checked my chart and I first hit 100 lbs on 9/15/11 so I have been staying in that range for nearly 3 months.  Not maintaining where I want to be but at least I am maintaining.  I am on day 3 without cigarettes so I am curious if I will see a gain from that.  I am eating the same, around 1900 - 2000 calories a day.  I heard that even if you don't change the way you eat you will gain 10 lbs when you quit because your metabolism slows down and I am curious to see if that happens.
My doctor isn't concerned because I am stable so I am just doing what I am doing, adding a little more food from time to time, waiting on that bounce back.

Hi Liz,

Last Sunday 127
Today 126

Lost 1 lb.

I actually got up to 128 this week and said this has got to stop.  I vowed if I got to 130 I would regroup and look at things I was doing, but 128 made me very nervous.  I cut out all the garbage(sweets) I had been eating and went back to basics and I actually feel so much better.  Now to get my exercise back up to where it was....

Great job for you this week Liz 2.6 lbs is fantastic!!
