Why doesn't my ticker arrow move?

Hi,

I have tried and tried to figure how the ticker works, but cannot figure how the arrow will move on the ticker. It registers how much weight I have lost, but the arrow stays on my starting weight.

I know this isn't a big deal, but just wondered if there was something that can fix that.

All I know to tell you is to try refreshing the page. Hopefully someone more tech savy that me will come along...

Are you updating your weight on your health tracker too or just on your ticker?

Hey Lynn!  It IS a big deal!  You are probably doing this to change your weight, but just in case...

Go to:

My OH
Applications
Health Tracker
Update your weight and click anywhere outside the field for the entry to take effect.

This route should update your ticker immediately.  (Sometimes the number of lbs. lost to the left of the ticker takes over 24 hours to update though!)

OR You might want to start up a new ticker.  Go to:

My OH
Applications
Health Tracker
Widgets & Tickers

Delete the old one and create a brandy new one....

If that doesn't work, you've pasted a picture of the ticker at the time you made it into your signature and not the code to go fetch a new ticker every time. It's really easy to do and a lot of people do that the first time they make the ticker.
