Spacing protien out
So, my weight loss gone from a trickle to a screeching halt! I know I am close to goal, but I wanted to ask does it matter how close I have a protien shake before a meal? I start at 0400 am, and have a cup of coffee, then a protien shake, then breakfast, then liquids, then lunch, then a protien shake followed by fluids and finally supper......any ideals? Good, bad or other...thanks!

Sounds like you're spacing them out fine. I think Vitalady says "30 grams in 30 minutes" and I think that means give yourself a 30 minute break between shakes but I'm not sure. lol

Sounds ok to me. I do my protein in my coffee (decaf) in the morning, then breakfast, 20 oz fluid, lunch, 20oz fluid, meal, 20 oz fluid dinner, wait 1 hr at least and have my last protein drink/pudding, whatever. Sometimes my afternoon meal is a protein drink. So mine isn't very different from yours except that I don't start at 4am, lol.
I find I am still losing slowly with 100g protein, less than 30 net carbs, 86 oz fliud and logging my intake to be sure about those things.
