Sunday Weigh In
Maybe up your protein shakes or the amount of protein you eat, cut back on carbs, and if exercising, switch what you are doing so it doesn't get stale.

I will say that I have my 1 yr appt coming up and I will post that weight that afternoon. Their scales are always different.
(P.S. I know I did not go back up, I have been holding steady)

This week 109.2
Total change +1.2
Not sure I like seeing the scale go up so much but I can afford it so I am trying not to be worried. I know the only way for my weight to go up uncontrollably is to be eating uncontrollably and I am not. I have been tracking my food and average about 1350 calories a day, which I can live with for now. I have noticed I am a bit hungrier, maybe because I am eating more? Anyway, I am going to keep doing what I am doing. For now my high point will be 120 so as long as I don't go over that I won't worry too much. I would like to get there slowly, though.
