You too????

Maybe up your protein shakes or the amount of protein you eat, cut back on carbs, and if exercising, switch what you are doing so it doesn't get stale.

I am not weighing in this week. I have been obsessed over my weight for several weeks now, so we will just say I am still 127..
I will say that I have my 1 yr appt coming up and I will post that weight that afternoon. Their scales are always different.
(P.S. I know I did not go back up, I have been holding steady)

Sorry you guys had a rough week..it will come back off though I am sure...I am down to 131.6 today...that means I have lost about 4 pounds in a week, this is after I increased my calories, I guess my body was in starvation mode before..not really sure what to do now, im starting to get the anorexic comments from people I barely even talk to and then the rest of my family is kind of worried..im not worried I still have plenty of fat on my belly for some reason..

I'd ONLY worry if your BMI goes below 18.5 (that's the bottom end of a normal BMI). Otherwise, just try to ignore the "anorexic" comments...they are usually because they aren't use to seeing you skinny and their mind hasn't adjusted to the new you.

Good going on the 4 lb loss...

Holding in the same spot isn't a bad thing.

So good going on the "no change".

Last week 108
This week 109.2
Total change +1.2

Not sure I like seeing the scale go up so much but I can afford it so I am trying not to be worried.  I know the only way for my weight to go up uncontrollably is to be eating uncontrollably and I am not.  I have been tracking my food and average about 1350 calories a day, which I can live with for now.  I have noticed I am a bit hungrier, maybe because I am eating more?  Anyway, I am going to keep doing what I am doing.  For now my high point will be 120 so as long as I don't go over that I won't worry too much.  I would like to get there slowly, though.
