Menus and Miles Sunday Aug
Hi Everyone!
I'm back from vacation - and back to "normal" whatever that is.
B: decaf coffee, V-8 low sodium, Kroger carbmaster strawberry yogurt with fiber one cereal in it.
L: chicken salad, 1/4 cup and cottage cheese 1/4 cup
D: beef stew - mostly beef about 1/4 cup
S: isopure grape, bryer's carb smart almond bar (I was able to eat the whole thing - uh oh!)
Totals: 633 calories; 77 protein and about 64 oz of protein (I took a long nap today so didn't get in as much fluid as I would have liked)

How is your carb count? I'd like to see you get a few more Protein's in to cover the carbs. Have you tried putting protein in your coffee. I don't drink coffee but everyone who does seems to love it. Ask Gina how to mix it.

You will find the somedays I do and somedays I don't with a lot of things during this exciting journey. Somedays you will be able to tolerate something and then the next day you won't.

I am home from vacation a week today. I definately ate way too many carb s while I was on vacation. I have had some luck getting back to plan this week but I am able to eat huge amounts of food it seems. I know that just because I CAN doesn't mean I SHOULD but you know how that goes. My restriction meter is off big time so will be doing the 5day pouch test this week while DH is away on business.
I don't care how many times I have to do it,my hope is that one day it will "stick" .All I can do is keep trying.,

I know and 4!!!!! fried eggs? Good grief...maybe I need two weeks on the pouch test. I just know I am tired of it....maybe that is where I had to get....but we shall see. I am always strong when I am full of the offending food.i think Oh I can do this what was I thinking.it is the drug talking though cause when it is gone from my system I am whining and wanting some more and thenm I am totally not strong but I am going to get there....
