S - Fage yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - fresh organic salsa and Scoops nachos

D - peanut butter and SF jelly sandwich on a deli flat

Hi Roz,
DGD#2 is taking a nap right now.  She is spending the night tonight.  DGD#1 couldn't come last night because they were going off today, so we went to see her for a little while last night.  Gotta get my Grandbaby fix for the weekend. 
I drug DH up and out this morning to walk with me.  He didn't make it very far and turned around!!  I signed us up for 5K 8/27 and told him he better start working a little harder - he used to be the one trying to get me out there!!

Here's the plan for today:
B:  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  1/2 Wendy's Apple Pecan Salad
S:  Lemon Tea Proten Drink
D:  Pork Spare Ribs, Salad
S:  ?? Maybe a Frozen Protein Drink

Vitamins:  Morning & Afternoon done
Water/Fluids:  100 ozs so far
Miles:  4 miles (3 walked 1 ran)

Thanks Gina.  Everyone thinks it is funny now to see us walking because he used to be so far ahead of me and it looked like he was dragging me - now it is just the opposite!!

Hi Roz!!  Better late than never...

B - 2 protein coffees; 1 egg; 1 piece of wheat toast
L - a piece of bacon
D - pizza - ended up picking the toppings off.  Did eat the bottom crust on 2 pieces, didn't eat the big crust pieces (was really  a late lunch) and a beer
S - another beer
S - popcorn w/spray butter

Vits:  some of them.  I need to take the rest
WAter:  not too good today

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so
