Took a cooking class at my local grocery store tonight
DH and I had cooking class tonight. It was a one class event -- LOBSTER EXTRAVAGANZA!
It was a demonstration class. The chef gave us recipes and showed us how to cook them. We got to eat everything they made.
DH discovered he likes taking these classes with me. They are fun. We learn something. We try food we wouldn't normally make. The recipes are easy. The food is great. The best part for him ... he gets to eat my leftovers which were at least half of every course except the lobster tails. I did not share my lobster tail. I couldn't resist the protein. (That's my story and I'm sticking to it.)
It was a fun date with my favorite guy!

Sounds like a great time. They only way I would get DH to go is to tempt him with getting to eat his part and most of mine. Whatever works, huh.
