I think maybe the fuzzy navel was my favorite, but the cookies and cream tonight was pretty good too.

Hmmm - I missed today's... ok, here we go..

B - 1 protein coffee
S - edamame
S - wheat thins (bored, can you tell?) afterwards I thought I should have had a protein drink
L - egg/cheese/meat concoction, but not much
D - going out

Water:  did good today - lots of decaf ice tea

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost      
BMI - 24 or so

I was bored at work today and I walked past the pretzels several times and was so tempted.  If it wasn't for posting on here about trying not to eat them, I'm sure I would have grabbed some a couple times today.

I'm late posting today.  Had to travel at work so I couldn't get on at lunch today.  DH and I went walking when I got off and then rode around for a while.
