I was craving a caramel sundae at McDonald's one day and I gave into the temptation...boy did I dump!  Ice Cream and I just don't agree.

As long as you accounted for the cone in your totals it will be fine. Remember...we aren't on a diet.

hi roz,

i got back from my trip yesterday. i ate a bunch of crap while i was gone but am back on track as of yesterday. i have a hard time eating sensibly when i travel. something i really need to work on.
b: 2 T oat bran cereal, iced coffee
s: 2 hardboiled eggs, 1 banana
l: baked fish and vegetables
s: latte
d: not sure, going out, probably a hamburger and salad

going to see shakespeare's henry v tonight, should be fun.

I got a little better on every trip we went on this year.  On most trips I ate very little out of fear of gaining but that did me more harm than if I would have ate.  I've found that I have to pack things I can snack on because I eat very little when we go to restaurants and then I'm starving when we get back to the hotel room.

Completed week 2 of the couch potatoe to 5K.  Hard to imagine at this point that I will ever be able to run a 5K.!!!!!!!

 Going to the gym tonight for 40 minutes of alternating 5 minute running with 5 minute walking.
