I hope this does not effect my surgery date

My surgery is set for Aug 1. So ready...so excited. But starting last Tuesday I started getting red itchy palm on my left hand. Ok no big deal. I have a rare liver disease that causes this kind of thing. But now I am not sure what is going on. I have an appt to see pcp at 10:30. My Left palm is red,burning has little bumps and moving up my to my fingers and also my right palm is reacting. I have tried hydrocortison,antihistamine cream.vit e, ice and it is getting worse. Even took a Vicodin for the pain. I just hope this does not throw my surgery date off or I will really start crying!

I will be praying for you. I had to have a round of steroids the weekend before my first surgery date. It got postponed when they realized I had been on steroids. I had my IV and everything about to be wheeled in the OR when they canceled it so be sure you ask all the questions. I was so disappointed when I couldn't have it done. Prayers are with you.
