Roz - here is the muffin recipe.  Price was so gracious to post on Danielle's post and wasn't sure if you'd see it or not.

Muffin
1/4c ground flax
1/4t baking powder
1 pk splenda
1/2t cinnamon
1 egg

Mix up the dry stuff well in a coffee mug, add the egg and mix. Nuke for 1 min. Turn out on a plate.

I have added 1/4c blueberries before and some SF syurp. I don't think you can mess it up. I love it with cream cheese and SF jam.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months.

So it only makes 1 muffin?  That's good for me since I struggle with self control.  I'm going to give it a try.

Yes, 1 muffin at a time.  Now, when I made mine the last time I did have some stickage problems, I think next time I'll spray the cup with Pam.

I'm thinking it should be by the baking supplies, flour, sugar... etc? I'm not 100% sure, I bought mine quite awhile ago.

Hi Ladies!  Roz, I hope you were able to stay away from those pretzels!  I have a woman near me that put peanut m&m's on her desk...now that's killing me!  I am trying so hard not to look at them when I pass by! LOL

Pre: Protein coffee
B: greek yogurt, blueberries, fiberone cereal
L: leftover italian sausages, grilled onions & peppers
S: cherries & cottage cheese
D: ?  going to daycare's Xmas in July party, she usually get's pizzas.  I am bringing a salad
S: probably a Mint cookie shake later tonight.

I was so tempted about 1/2 hour ago but I knew I had to post it on here if I took even 1so I made myself another protein drink instead.

Good job today!!   Have fun this evening!!!  I meant to mention it to my DD but I forgot.

i also spray my cup bdfore mixing up the muffin in there. You find flax meal/flour in the regular baking section or in the health food baking section. They are good and filling...

Rode Poppy and drove Chili this morning and it sure got hot.  I've been getting over 100 oz of fluid in easily and I think it helps.
