The are ok but not GREAT,which helps me to stay out of them unless I am really jonesin for a muffin. We shall see.
The grain free buns are a lot like the Atkins"revolution roo" just made with almond flour . They were fair; a little too wet but my almond flour was freshly made when I made them so may have to use store bought almond flour when making them/

Hi Roz. Let's see if I can remember... kinda of a hodgepodge day
B - coffee
L - 4 chicken wings (I eat the tips, not the drummies) and some nachos (not very good ones either, didn't eat much)
S - Venti starbucks light mocha frap - still had too much sugar and caused my Reactive Hypoglycemia to emerge
S - at airport, protein bar and 1/2 glass of nasty orange juice (to try and counteract the RH)
S - on plane, a cookie and a beer and a coffee
D - when I got home, watermelon and another beer

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
