What's Happening?!?

I haven't lost any weight in the last week! Even though I have been busting my ass! I eat less than 750 calories a day and work out 4 times per week! WHY DID I NOT LOSE ANY WEIGHT.  I thought the whole "building muscle weighs a lot" thing was a myth....and it isn't like I am close to goal where it is more difficult to lose weight. I still have 90 lbs to go- it should be melting off!

 Just off the top of my head, you probably aren't eating enough calories.   Funny isn't it?  

Anything under 900 our bodys go into starvation mode and hang on to anything and everything, especially if you are working out.  Try upping the calories to around 950-1000 and see if that doesn't help.   You could also be in a stall, which is normal and happens a lot.  Just keep doing what you need to do and it will pass.

Kelly I am having the same exact problem!! i have only lost like three pounds in a week and a half and i astarted at the gym this week and working my butt off ( i wish literally)

Emily is right, my NUT told me the same thing but i cant eat that much. it takes me forever to drink water and then i have to wait thirty minutes after i finish to eat and then the day is GONE!

Good luck hopefully things will change for us soon!

Try to eat more calorie-dense foods - peanut butter, cheese, etc.

It really gets down to a science, huh? I feel like when I focus really hard on eating 90 grams of protein a day, I am consuming less calories. Plus at 750 calories a day, I don't feel hungry. But I will try to eat more of the calorie dense foods. At least I am not gaining weight back, right!?
