Sunday was tiring. I only had two and a half containers of water...short again. I really need to work on that before next weekend cuz I'm going to be off for two weeks and if I can't get a handle on drinking while I'm not at work...I'm gonna be dehydrated.

List for sunday:

B:Oatmeal, soy protein, tvp, soy milk and coffee

B2: 2 eggs, loaded home fries and more coffee

L: 2 oz liverwurst, crackers (exactly 16) 1 slice cheddar cheese. 1 deviled egg

D: 2 ground beef tacos with cheese on small corn tortilla shells...

For some reason my tummy isn't feeling too good...Maybe ate too fast. I worked on a new chocolate cookie recipe..had dh and ds try them (didn't try them myself) and I made dog cookies (cheddar/parm cheese dog biscuits...they love them). Worked hard in the kitchen and around the house...tired...tired.

Yesterday...

Breakfast:
Special K protein cereal
6 oz calorie countdown milk

Snack:
Beef jerkey

Lunch:
1 Cup of beef stew
1/2 a of wheat roll

Snack: .. at the christmas parade
2 mini tootsie rolls
1 mini candy cane

Dinner:
2 backed chicken legs
1/4 C. brown rice
1/2 Cup steamed broccoli

Snack:
100 calorie pack of oreo's
1 oz of 2% cheddar cheese
