Accountability - Wednesday
I'll start today. Tomorrow is my daughter's 24th birthday...going out to dinner and counting a margarita..Got to save room on the list!
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk, applesauce
7:00 am 24 oz SoBe Protein Drink Mix
8:00 am 1 oz cheese stick
8:30 am 12 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
10:15 am 16 whole grain crackers, 2 oz mozzerella cheese (soft)
10:45 am 12 oz Hawaiian Punch Drink Mix, Lemon Berry Squeeze
12:30 pm 1 small chicken thigh, 1 cheese enchilada, 1 medium slice meat loaf, 1 slice calzone
with meat sauce (we ate at HomeTown Buffet or "Pig Palace" as some call it!)
1:00 pm 24 oz Morning Spark Drink Mix, Orange (unless I have this, it would be nap time!)
4:00 pm 1 med orange
4:30 pm 24 oz Wylers Drink Mix,
6:30 pm 1 chicken leg quarter, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup beets Totals for the day: Calories: 1952

Packed boxes with all the baked goods that I've been hoarding the last week...Most of it is gone and some more of it will go to work with me so others can feel like I"m a giving person. Actually, I'm trying to get it out of my house and my reach...LOL. Whatever works!

I've fallen completely off the wagon since Monday. Actually, I'm under the wagon. Had a few stressful moments at work and at home. Have been to off site training where they bring in the food for the class and suddenly, I forgot I was on a mission to lose more weight.
The only good thing is that my pouch works. We had Banadana pork barbecue today with potato salad, green beans, baked beans and garlic bread. I filled up my plates as if I were pre-WLS, my pouch quickly reminded me that I wasn't!
I ended up throwing away a good portion of the food, but not without a good girl scout try of ignorning the full signal of my pouch. Even as we speak, I am miserable and downright sleepy.
I'm getting back on the wagon right now!
Exercise: what's that? Haven't done that since Tuesday. The off site training interfered with my early morning schedule.
I'm too afraid to step onthe scale. I know it's up. Dang it!

Breakfast: 2 Medium eggs scrambled w/ ham & cheese
Snack: 1/2 serving of beef jerky & Carb/sugar control yogart
Lunch: Salad.. ham, cheese, hb egg, red onion, cukes, raw broccoli & lite italian
Snack: 1 Christmas sugar cookie
Dinner: 1 Cup of chili & 1/2 a grilled cheese sammy on lite wheat
Snack: NSA Yogart & few peices of beef jerky
