i do a lot of cottage cheese w/ fruit on top.  (usually peaches or applesauce)

I still do protein drinks on my busy days.

If I'm real hungry, I like to have 1 scrambled egg, bacon, and 1 piece whole wheat toast! Good protein, and it  fills me up!!!

Moslty I use protein drinks for breakfast.  I try to keep some eggs boiled in the fridge for a quick run.  I will eat a hunk of cheese, maybe wrap it in some deli ham.  Sometimes I use one slice of bread and make a ham/cheese sandwich for breakfast.  (Heat the ham & cheese in the microwave for a few seconds and make it a HOT ham and cheese).  One of my yummy splurges is peanut butter toast or a peanut butter & SF jelly toasted sandwich.

Very rarely, I eat some protein cereal or a protein bar.  I am not one for a sweet breakfast.

I almost always have a snack mid morning.

Most filling for me is to Spray a pan with Pam and then  2 drops of Olive oil ,, Then break in 2 large eggs and break the yellow so it will spread. Top it with Hormel bacon bits ( 2 tablespoons) and a couple dashes of hot sauce , OR NOT ) then 2-3 tablesoons shredded cheese.   Cook it like an omelet flip when it is firm enough etc ,,,Once done  cut in finger size pieces,,,,
This fills me up so much , keeps me full and is loaded in protein  ...
Really great ..

I LOVE to go to Starbuck's and get a light coffee frapachino and have them add a couple scoops of their protein!

thank-you everyone for the ideas. It's given me some good ones to try. I plan on trying the special K protein 1st. I've always wondered if the protein shake started the body going & now I know , so thanks for that info.

My favorite thing is a fried egg sandwich on a light Thomas' English muffin (the wheat-multigrain kind) with some mustard. It's a little less than 200 calories, it's got protein and fiber, and it's good too.
