Most of the time I have Greek Yogurt with Granola and fruit.

Other than that, sometimes an egg with toast or even Pancakes/Waffles (3 times a month tops)

How about a continental breakfast - slices of ham and swiss cheese?  I also like greek yoghurt (Fage) with fruit and a tiny drizzle of honey.

Do you have Special K sustain over there?  If you can eat cereal (I can't as that's the one thing I dump on) it has added protein in it.

Ruth,

I dump on cereal too!!!  I thought it was the milk, but now I'm wondering if it's just the cereal...
Maybe I'm not lactose-intolerant after all.

As for breakfast, I do two stages of breakfast: first thing, I love the South Beach high-protein cereal bars.  That usually does the trick for a couple of hours.  I also love breakfast tacos - scrambled egg, reduced fat sausage, sprinkle of cheese, and salsa in a tortilla.  Wheat tortillas are a bit healthier, so I try to use them.  Can't always find decent-tasting ones though.  I'll bet the same ingredients would be tasty in a pita pocket.

Finally someone like me!!!  I used to think it was the milk, but I can drink a half glass of milk with no problems.  I think it's the combination together that does it.  But boy do I miss cereal for breakfast somedays

I'm not a big breakfast person so I usually just have a protein shake. When I do feel like eating I have a omlette made with 1 egg, 1 egg white, 2 slices of deli ham and RF shredded cheese or Special K protein plus cereal with a peice of fuit. That cereal is very low in carbs and calories compared to most cereals.

I prefer just a protein shake but does that get the body going in the AM?

I asked that question of Tooter a couple of years back b/c I am not a morning eater and she told me anything with calories and protein is a great way to start the day and get the metabolism going. So, she got me started on eating (or drinking) breakfast on a daily basis b/c I just didn't like to. Hope this helps!

I typically eat Kashi GoLean Hearth All Natural Hot Ceral - its tasty and sticks to the ribs :-) otherwise I will do greek yogurt (either w/fruit, honey or a little of the kashi mixed in dry)... sometimes Special K high protein cereal.
On non work days I love eggs, turkey bacon, kashi waffles etc.
